Mental Health Counselling

Our mental health counselling service offers confidential 50-minute video or telephone sessions with fully qualified, professionally registered counsellors. Available Monday to Friday, 8am–8pm, the service provides flexible support for a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns. Once you’ve booked an appointment, you’ll meet your chosen counsellor in a secure online session, where they’ll listen, support, and work with you on your goals. Together, you’ll agree whether further sessions would be beneficial, helping you move forward at a pace that feels right for you.

Who Is This Service For?

Our counselling sessions are suitable for individuals experiencing mild to moderate mental health concerns, such as:

  • Stress and work-related pressure
  • Anxiety or low mood
  • Emotional challenges impacting daily life

This service is not suitable for severe mental health conditions, long-standing issues such as addiction, or situations requiring specialist intervention. If our digital assessment identifies that your needs are more complex, we’ll provide signposting to appropriate support services.

Your session

Each session is a standalone appointment focused on your current challenges. It’s a collaborative space to reflect, explore coping strategies, and set practical goals for improving your wellbeing.

What to Expect

During your session, your counsellor will:

  • Provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment
  • Help you reflect on emotional factors such as stress, anxiety, or low mood
  • Offer goal-oriented strategies to manage challenges
  • Signpost you to further support if needed

Please note: Subsequent sessions are not linked to previous ones and may be with a different counsellor.
