Customers appreciate the luggage's bright colours, light weight, sturdy shells, smooth 360° wheels, integrated locks, and roomy interiors. Most feedback is positive about capacity and easy identification, with fast delivery often noted. However, a minority report durability issues such as dents, weak zipper performance, and occasional items arriving scuffed, returned, or locked with unknown codes. Packaging impressions are mixed.
