Product Uses
Wash your hands thoroughly. Tightly fold the Luna cup in half, with the rim facing up. Insert the cup into your vagina like you would a tampon without an applicator and it should sit lower than a tampon would. You will need to gently remove, empty and rinse out your Luna cup every 4-8 hours depending on the flow. Size A is recommended for people under the age of 30 who have not given birth vaginally
