Ziggy™ Cup 2 is the next-generation flat-fit menstrual disc, designed based on user input. Reinforced, flexible petal-thin body is easy to insert and conforms to the shape of your body, so you can't feel it at all. It comes with a new addition: a ribbed tab to allow slip-free removal - just hook the tip of your finger by the tab and slowly pull out the cup.

Product Uses
Instructions for use:
- 1. Use your thumb and forefinger to squeeze the sides of the rim together to form a figure eight.
- 2. Insert the back rim of the cup first (the side without the ribbed tab) and use your index finger to push the cup. Angle the cup back and slightly down, so the rim moves behind your cervix.
- 3. Tuck the front rim (the side with the ribbed tab) behind your pelvic bone to correctly position the cup around your cervix to collect your flow.
- 4. Insert your finger and hook it by the ribbed tab for slip-free removal. Gently pull the cup out while keeping it horizontal to avoid spillage.
Tips and Advice
Size B - Designed to collect everything from light to heavier flow and fit people with a higher cervix. Can be used for mess-free period sex.
