Product Uses
Pour 15ml of pulling oil into your mouth. Swish gently for 3-5 minutes, pushing and pulling between teeth. Spit into a bin (not the sink). Use the included tongue scraper to remove extra bacteria. Brush teeth as normal. Use once daily, ideally in the morning before eating.
