Overall customers appreciate the gentle, alcohol-free cool mint mouthwash for its mild taste, long-lasting freshness, and suitability for family use; travel-friendly sizing and perceived good value are also commonly praised. Some users reported after a formula change they experienced irritation or altered taste, and freshness duration was inconsistent for a subset. Packaging and fulfillment quality varied, with some instances of items arriving open or poorly packaged, though shipping was often prompt.
