Flosser: Gently insert the flosser between teeth with a careful sawing motion and gently manoeuvre in a back and forth motion. Then gently slide the floss up and down the surface of the tooth making sure it goes slightly below the gum line. Repeat for each tooth.
Toothpick: Using the flat edge of the toothpick next to the gum, insert between teeth using a gentle in and out motion. For hard to reach areas bend the toothpick to access the teeth more easily. Dispose of with household waste. Single use only. Do not flush down the toilet.
