T&Cs for Instagram's The Squad Competition

Entry to Superdrug’s “The Squad” competition run on the Superdrug Instagram page (@superdrugloves) (“The Squad Competition”) is open to UK residents aged between 13 and 19, except employees of Superdrug Stores plc (“Superdrug”), ZPR Limited (“ZPR”), or any related companies of Superdrug or ZPR, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with The Squad Competition.
No purchase is necessary to enter The Squad Competition.
To enter The Squad Competition, you must like the social media post advertising the competition on Superdrug's Instagram page.
Entry to The Squad Competition will close at 12:00 on 29.05.2018.
There is a limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries or entries that are delivered late, incomplete, damaged or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.
There will be 100 prize winners.
The winners will each receive a hamper of Superdrug own brand products worth at least £20. Winners will be asked to review the Superdrug own brand products received as part of the prize via a survey on the Survey Monkey website and provide their honest feedback on the products to Superdrug and Superdrug’s PR agency, ZPR.
The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 29.05.2018 and will be notified within 7 days via direct message to the same account that the winner used to enter.
Unless otherwise stated, the winners must claim their prize within 10 days of notification. To claim the prize, winners will need to follow the instructions provided in the direct message. If they do not do so, then Superdrug reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner selected in accordance with these terms and conditions.
If the entrant is between the age of 13 and 16 years old, the entrant must obtain their parent or guardian’s consent before they apply. If any winner is under 16, in order to claim their prize, they must supply contact details of their parent or guardian (name, email address and telephone number) so that Superdrug can check consent has been given by calling the parents to verbally confirm consent and then to formalise consent in writing. If this information is not supplied within 10 days, or consent is not given within 10 days of being requested, then Superdrug reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner selected in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Prizes will be sent within 28 days after each winner has claimed their prize (and parental / guardian consent has been obtained if required). The prize will be sent by first class post. Instructions on how to review the products will also be included with the prize.
Any decision of Superdrug as to eligibility to take part in the The Squad Competition or the result of the The Squad Competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Superdrug accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, delayed, lost, damaged or illegible whether due to failure or non-availability of Instagram or any other reason.
There is no cash alternative to the prizes.
Prize images used are for visual purposes only. Alternative products, sizes or colours may be substituted for the items shown. Superdrug reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute an alternative to any of the prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
Superdrug reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the The Squad Competition.
Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions and Instagram’s terms of service.
The winners’ full names and counties will be available on request between 1 July – 31 July 2018 by sending an email to marketing@uk.aswatson.com.
By entering the The Squad Competition, all entrants acknowledge their personal data will be used by Superdrug in accordance with Superdrug’s Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy can be found at www.superdrug.com/page/privacypolicy. Personal data will be passed on to ZPR for the sole purpose of prize fulfilment and will be treated in accordance with ZPR’s privacy policy found at http://www.z-pr.com/privacy-policy/.
The winners may be required to participate in non-paid publicity relating to The Squad Competition provided that parental or guardian consent is granted for any winner aged 16 and under.
The Squad competition and these terms and conditions are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English Courts.
By entering, all entrants fully release Instagram from any liability in connection with The Squad competition.
