Product Uses
1. Thoroughly wash and dry your feet.
2. Take out and unfold the socks. Use scissors to cut off the top top open the sock. Peel off the tab on the adhesive strip to secure top of the sock aroud the ankle (adhere tab to sock only, not to skin)
3. Relax for 15- 20 minutes, then remove the socks.
