Exfoliate and cleanse before use, then ensure skin is completely dry to avoid patchiness. Apply with a tanning mitt in thin, even layers using long, sweeping motions from ankles upward, blending at knees and elbows. Use the mitt to protect hands or wash hands thoroughly after application. Allow colour to develop for several hours and avoid heavy sweating or water during development. Rinse with lukewarm water once the tan has developed until water runs clear, pat skin dry and moisturise to prolong the finish. Reapply every few days to maintain colour.
