AI Summary
Customers appreciate this lip balm for its low price, easy and compact application, and light non-greasy hydration. However, many users are unhappy with a recent unannounced formula and packaging change, reporting reduced moisturisation, an unpleasant scent, smaller quantity, and fragile casing, leading to dissatisfaction among longtime buyers.
