Before use, place the ice globes in the fridge or freezer for 30 minutes, depending on how cold you would like them. (Use the plastic tray to hold the ice globes in place and stop them rolling around) Use both ice globes at the same time, gliding them smoothly over your skin. Start at the centre of our face – gently glide over your forehead, cheeks and under your eyes
