Start with a clean face (after toner if used). Dispense 2–3 drops into your palms and warm the oil between your fingers. Gently press onto face and neck, focusing on areas of redness or tightness, then massage with light, upward motions for even distribution. Finish with your regular moisturiser to seal in hydration. Use daily, morning and/or evening as needed.
