7. Do not use whilst bathing or showering.
8. Do not place or store the LED Light Therapy Mask or Controller where it can fall or be pulled into the bath or sink.
9. Avoid direct eye contact with the light sources. It is recommended to keep eyes closed whilst the LED Light Therapy Mask is being used.
10. The LED Light Therapy Mask limits vision, use whilst seated or lying down only.
11. Store between 0°C and 25°C and keep away from heat sources such as radiators and out of the reach of children.
12. Do not use the LED Light Therapy Mask if it appears damaged. If any small part detaches from the LED Light Therapy Mask, dispose of it and the LED Light Therapy Mask safely to avoid small parts being ingested by children or pets.
13. Do not pick the LED Light Therapy Mask up by one of the cords.
14. This LED Light Therapy Mask is for home use only.
15. Do not attempt to modify or disassemble.
16. To protect the silicone LED Light Therapy Mask, avoid contact with aerosol sprays or perfume sprays.
17. Do not reach for the LED Light Therapy Mask or Controller that has fallen into water. Unplug immediately.

Product Uses
1. Fully charge the Controller unit before use. Plug the USB-A end (wider end) of the charging lead into a plug and insert the other end of the lead (USB-C) into the USB-C port on the Controller.
2. The Controller will begin to charge and the amount of charge is indicated by three green bars on the screen. Whilst the Controller is charging, one of the bars on the screen will flash on and off. Once the Controller is fully charged, this is indicated by three solid bars on the screen.
3. Disconnect the charging lead from the plug and from the Controller.
4. Connect the USB-A lead from the LED Light Therapy Mask into the USB-A port of the controller.
5. Hold down the on button for one second in order to turn the LED Light Therapy Mask on. The red light will turn on. The display on the Controller screen will show the duration which the LED Light Therapy Mask is set to, the type of light being used and the intensity of light (one, two or three green bars).
6. To change the light type, press the mode button (M) until the light which is required is displayed on the Controller screen.
7. To change the intensity of light, briefly press the on/off button until the desired intensity of light is achieved.
One green bar low intensity

Three green bars high intensity
When first using the LED Light Therapy Mask, it is recommended to use an intensity of one bar. The intensity can be increased with subsequent uses.
8. To change the duration, press and hold the mode button to toggle between options. Choose from 5, 10, 15 or 20 minutes.
9. The LED Light Therapy Mask will begin to count down as soon as the light, intensity and duration are completed. The LED Light Therapy Mask can be worn either before or after setting these options. To fit the LED Light Therapy Mask position it onto your face and connect the two side straps at the back of your head. Connect the top strap over the head and attach it to the two side straps at the back of the head.
10. The LED Light Therapy Mask will automatically switch off once each timed session finishes.
11. During use, it is recommended to keep eyes closed and to be in a seated position or lying down.
12. When not in use, store the LED Light Therapy Mask, Controller, instruction manual and charging lead in the box provided.
13. Retain the box and the instructions.
14. To clean the LED Light Therapy Mask, turn off, remove from charge and wipe with a cloth which has been very lightly moistened with water. Allow to dry before use.
15. Store the LED Light Therapy Mask at room temperature in dry conditions and out of direct sunlight.
16. DO NOT dispose of any part of the LED Light Therapy Mask at a domestic waste facility. Dispose of this as electronic waste.
