Our customers say
Overall customers report the product provides soothing, long-lasting relief and good value, especially for screen-related dry eye due to its thicker gel consistency which helps retain moisture. Most find it suitable for contact lens users. However, a small segment experiences irritation attributed to preservatives, and there are complaints about inconsistent gel viscosity and awkward dropper control.
