Warning or Restrictions
Never file nails immediately after bathing as this is when they are at their weakest and most likely to split. Be careful not to file nails too short, as this may cause pain and bleeding. Clean file with a damp cloth and allow to dry naturally. Keep out of the reach of children.

Product Uses
Use the medium filing surface to shape the nails and the fine filing surface to smooth the nails, which will help to prevent splitting and peeling. File nails in one direction only. Start from the edge of the nail and work towards the centre using long, sweeping strokes until you have achieved your desired shape.
