Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day via DPD for delivery the following working day. Once your order has been booked with DPD, you will receive tracking information and a one-hour delivery window. Orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug stores, the Superdrug Online Help Team or the Superdrug warehouse. Returns must be sent directly back to Pure Tone Aesthetics within 28 days of receipt. Please use the returns label provided in your parcel. If no returns label is available, please raise a return request via your Superdrug online account or shipment confirmation email and follow the instructions provided. Products must be returned complete and in their original condition. For health and hygiene reasons, sealed skincare products and skincare devices that are not suitable for return once opened cannot be returned if the hygiene seal or protective packaging has been broken, unless the product is faulty. Superdrug stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns because the order was placed directly with the Marketplace seller and a refund cannot be processed in store. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us so that we can arrange the appropriate resolution. This does not affect your statutory rights.
