We use Evri delivery service and normally cut off time is 2pm Monday - Friday after that time it’s shipped the next working day.
Returns Information
Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or
the Superdrug Warehouse.
Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt.
Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a
return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email.
Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly
with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
Refunds and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We are unable to accept open products for hygiene reasons, but please contact us and we may be able to help.
