We dispatch orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Orders placed before 2:30pm (Monday–Friday) are processed the same working day. Orders placed after 2:30pm, or over the weekend, will be processed on the next working day. Please note, we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Kollo Health Returns Policy (Superdrug Marketplace) Marketplace items purchased from Kollo Health via Superdrug Marketplace cannot be returned to Superdrug stores, the Superdrug Online Help Team, or the Superdrug warehouse. Returns must be sent directly back to Kollo Health, the Marketplace seller, within 28 days of receipt. Please use the returns label provided within your parcel. If no returns label is included, you must raise a return request via your Superdrug online account or your order or shipment confirmation email. All return requests must be raised through Superdrug. Superdrug stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns, as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore refunds cannot be processed in store. Additional Information For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, food supplements cannot be returned if they have been opened or used, unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please raise a return request through Superdrug as soon as possible, providing relevant details so the issue can be reviewed promptly. All eligible refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected, in accordance with Superdrug Marketplace policies.
