Delivery Information

All lasers are despatched via Parcelforce Next Day Delivery free of charge. We aim to despatch all orders the same day before 1:30pm For orders below £100, Next day delivery service is available at a cost of £5.99 and uses a tracked next day courier service to make sure it arrives on time. To use this service orders must be placed by 3.00pm on any working day. Orders placed after Thursday 3pm will be despatched on Friday, and our standard next day service will arrive on Monday. If you order before 3pm on Friday you can purchase Saturday Guaranteed delivery for an additional cost. Orders placed on a Friday after 3pm, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

Returns Information

Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
