Delivery Information

UK Standard Delivery Our Standard Delivery cost is £3.95, regardless of how many items you purchase. Standard Delivery orders arrive within 2-4 working days and are dispatched via Royal Mail. Delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. We aim to meet the timescales but during busy periods (including Christmas) deliveries may take a little longer. Larger deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is. You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address to your payment address if that is more convenient for you. Returns Information

We hope you’ll love your Superdrug Marketplace order but if you want to return any of it we will happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused and resalable condition within 28 days of receipt. This excludes the following: • perishable items (e.g. food and baby milk) • medicines • items personalized for you • sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered). Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipping confirmation email.
