Our customers say
Overall customers like the velvet matte lipstick for its velvety texture, comfortable hydration and good staying power. However several users report weak pigmentation and patchy payoff which requires multiple layers for full coverage. Shade matches vary across users. There are also logistics-related issues including packaging damage, fulfillment errors and poor seller communication.
