Customers generally love the luxurious feel and appearance of the satin and velvet lipsticks. They highlight strong colour payoff, creamy glide, and flattering shades, plus an elegant engraved case with a convenient double mirror and a refillable design. However, there are recurring issues with inconsistent longevity, occasional colour mismatch versus online images, and some case/refill compatibility problems. Customer service experiences vary: many praise packaging and responsive support, but some report fulfillment errors, slow deliveries, and engraving inconsistencies.
