AI Summary
Customers find the lip pencil creamy, highly pigmented and smooth to apply; seen as an affordable, reliable daily staple with a good shade range and excellent value. Main issues are moderate longevity and a brittle pencil core, causing sharpening problems and occasional cap fragility. A few users reported allergic reactions and some experienced shade mismatches between online images and delivered product.
