A new take on the cream highlighter though is the gel highlighter, again very similar in formulation to the cream highlighters, gel highlighters are jelly like in consistency, but won’t slide off your face like a liquid highlighter and blend easier than a solid highlighter, so you can easily blend and apply these gel formulas to the tops of your cheeks and nose for an illuminating finish.
