Apply to clean, dry brows and lashes. For brows, use short, hair-like strokes to brush upward and outward to shape and fill sparse areas. For lashes, sweep from root to tip in a smooth motion to coat each lash. For a lighter effect use a single coat; for more definition, allow the first coat to set then apply a second. Remove at the end of the day with your regular makeup remover or cleansing oil.
