B. Pigment is a buildable, highly concentrated loose powder pigment, which you can use to create a wash of colour or an intense shimmering look. Available in eight, deeply pigmented colours.
There are multiple uses for these intensely coloured pigments. You can use a light dusting to create a shimmer of colour, mix with illuminators to create a creamy highlight, or add a drop of water to turn it into a bright liquid liner.
