Can be blended with the attached smudger which is placed in the opposite end of the eye liner. Blend it shortly after applying and it will dry down to a smudge and waterproof eye liner.

For even more intense dark eyes, use THE ULTIMATE EYE LINER – WITH A TWIST. Draw a heavy line with THE ULTIMATE EYE LINER making it thicker in the outer corner of the eye.
Use the smudge applicator at the end of the eye liner to smudge it out. If applying dark eye shadow on top, the liner becomes a bit softer and will last longer
