Tips and Advice
To project the giant pro double liner from drying out, always make sure to put the cap back on after use.
HOW TO USE
*Prepare eyelids. Applying eyeliner is the step between applying eyeshadow and finishing with mascara.
*Get in the right position. The biggest problem when applying liquid eyeliner is lacking a steady hand, causing a wavy line and and uneven application.
*Draw a row of dots
*Connect the dots. Use small, short and slow strokes to connect the dots and create a long line.
*Smooth out line. If the top of the line shows the breaks between the dots, draw a thin line along the edge to smooth it out.
*Add tail. Use eyeliner to draw a small line extending upwards on the upper lash line.
