TO SHAPE, FILL & DEFINE EYEBROWS
The BROW SHAPE & FILL is a dual ended pencil and contains a retractable brow pencil at one end and a powder at the other end. The pencil end is to define the outer shape of the brows while the soft powder end is for filling in.
The pencil has quite a hard and dry texture – perfect for brow products.
