Product Uses
Adults take 5-6 capsules with a glass of water first thing in the morning ideally, or between meals. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. To check your PH: • Use test papers provided, every other day • Test your evening urine • Compare the colour against the chart inside the cover of test strip book • Normal evening urine pH is between 7.5-8.0

Returns
Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
