Product Information

Fushi Organic Ghee 230g is a rich, golden clarified butter made from grass-fed, free-range cow's milk, crafted fresh using traditional methods in our London workshop with ingredients sourced direct from farm. Prized in Ayurveda as a nourishing, digestive-supporting cooking medium, it is lactose-free, rich in fat-soluble vitamins, and has a high smoke point ideal for everyday cooking, baking, and roasting. Certified organic by the Soil Association. Suitable for vegetarians.

A traditional Ayurvedic cooking staple crafted from grass-fed, free-range cow's milk. In Ayurveda, Ghee is considered a sacred food and one of the most nourishing substances for the mind and body. Rich in fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K, it supports digestive health and provides a stable, high smoke point fat for healthy cooking. Lactose-free and free from casein. TARGETS: Daily Ayurvedic cooking, gut-supportive nutrition and those seeking a nourishing natural butter alternative.

Contains milk derivatives (Ghee is derived from cow's milk butter). Not suitable for those with a dairy allergy. Suitable for those with lactose intolerance as the lactose and casein are removed during the clarification process. Keep out of reach of children.

Organic Clarified Butter (Ghee) from Grass-Fed Cow's Milk

Product code: mp-00508979

EAN: 5055757900122

Use as a direct replacement for butter or cooking oil. Ideal for frying, roasting, baking and sauteing due to its high smoke point. In Ayurveda, Ghee is traditionally taken as a daily tonic by stirring a teaspoon into warm water or food.

Packaged in glass which can be reused at home or taken to your local bottle bank. Metal lid is widely accepted at kerbside recycling. Paper label printed with vegetable-based ink. Please check with your local council for recycling facilities.

For best results, use as a daily Ayurvedic cooking staple in place of butter or cooking oil. A teaspoon stirred into warm water or herbal tea is a traditional Ayurvedic tonic. Its high smoke point makes it ideal for high-heat cooking.
