Product Uses
1 Capsule a Day
Take one capsule a day, preferably in the morning or early afternoon, as part of a healthy, balanced diet. Up to two capsules a day is considered safe if extra support is needed. Do not exceed unless directed by a practitioner.
With or Without Food
Rhodiola can be taken with or without food. If it causes any stomach discomfort, take it with a meal.
