Product Uses
For adults take one to three tablets daily. Plant sterols help contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels (0.8g per day is the value needed to help maintain cholesterol levels, 1.5-3g is the amount needed daily to lower cholesterol levels). Tablets should be taken with food as a food supplement or as directed by a healthcare professional.
