How to Consume Black Seed Oil
Direct Consumptionas a Supplement:
Take 1 teaspoon (5-10ml) of black seed oil daily. You can consume it directly or mix it with a small amount of honey for taste.
In Smoothies:
Add a teaspoon of black seed oil to your morning smoothie for an easy and nutritious boost.
In Cooking:
Drizzle over salads, yogurt, or cooked vegetables (avoid high heat as it can reduce its potency).
Frequency:
Start with a small amount 1teaspoon (5-10ml) per day.

We use multiple shipping companies for delivery to customer including Royal Mail, Amazon and Parcelforce. Our cut off time for processing order is 2 pm. Orders received after will be processed next day and will have lead time one day before we dispatch the goods.
Returns
Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
