Product Uses
Take 2 Capsules daily with a full glass of water.
Tips and Advice
For the most effective results, we recommend taking 2 capsules per day. The capsules have been designed to be easy to swallow, to be taken with water, a healthy smoothie or shake. You could even open the capsule and sprinkle over food to ingest. If you have a sensitive stomach, we recommend initially taking 1 capsule a day, and gradually introducing the second capsule over the course of a few weeks.
