What is Omega 3 for Kids? Omega 3 fish oils contain the fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which are naturally found in oily fish. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. DHA also contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision, when the required daily intake is met.
