Althougth gas and bloating is a common problem, it can be embarrassing, painful and uncomfortable.

Product Uses
Wind Relief capsules are intended to be taken orally. The recommended dose for adults and children aged 12 years and older is 1 capsule 3 times a day for 2-4 weeks. Wind Relief capsules should be taken with food or after a meal. The capsule should be swallowed whole with a large glass of water (200ml).
