Customers generally like the product for its strong, focused 'rabbit-style' vibrations and soft silicone ears, with versatile patterns and solid battery life. However, some users report that the device's size and weight make it tiring to hold, and a subset find it noisy and difficult to operate due to hard-to-locate buttons. Overall, it meets expectations for targeted stimulation and offers good cordless convenience.
