Laselle Weighted Exercisers are kegel balls made with completely body-safe materials, designed to make pelvic floor exercises easier and more effective. The complete set of weighted Kegel exercise balls are ideal for improving pelvic floor strength (28g, 38g, 48g). Use them individually or link the balls to achieve up to 6 weight combinations for even stronger muscles.

Product Uses
Instructions for use:
- 1. Select an exerciser or exerciser combination that you find comfortable. Don't be scared - it's just a workout!
- 2. Keeping the retraction cord outside the body, insert the Kegel ball(s) into the vagina with a firm but gentle push, using some water-based lubricant for added comfort.
- 3. The exerciser(s) should be positioned about 2 cm / 1 in. inside the vagina. By that, you'll know they're in the right place. The only thing left to do is - squeeze!
