Our customers say
Customers generally like this reusable hot/cold therapy pack for its cold retention, flexible contouring and convenient size. It’s praised for staying cold for long periods, molding to body parts, and being compact and travel-friendly. The included protective sleeve and clear instructions contribute positively to the experience. However, users frequently report shorter heat retention, the inconvenience of needing to boil the pack to heat it, and occasional material failures when heated.
