Soothing, calming, strengthening. A lovely, stress-releasing oil which is especially effective when burned or vaporised. An uplifting oil that may help promote a positive mood.
Melissa essential oil can help to uplift the spirits. When burned or vaporised it may help banish the blues and can calm the mind. When used in massage it should always be very well diluted to a maximum of 1%. Known as The Female Oil, it may be helpful to sooth an upset stomach and ease problems experienced during the menstrual cycle. Available in 5 or 10ml bottles.
Dilute in a carrier oil before skin application. Keep away from children and out of eyes. Do not take internally or apply undiluted to the skin. For further advice on using essential oils to treat medical conditions, we recommend you seek advice from a professional.
