Always think ahead and stay on top of your energy levels, eat pro-actively not reactively, to avoid hitting "the wall". Eat well before you start exercising and have one block (14g) within 30 minutes into your activity, take one 14g block every 20-30 minutes thereafter.
Our KMC NRG BARs are easy to take, they dissolve in your mouth and leave a refreshing and slightly invigorating aftertaste, but we would still recommend having some water with them.
