A portable, durable suspension training system for full-body strength, core and flexibility workouts. Built from high-strength polyester webbing with reinforced bartack stitching, ABS handles and jam-free steel T-fastener buckles, the straps adjust from 1.2 m to 2.5 m and the 1.25 m anchor strap offers five attachment points for doors, wall anchors (not included) or outdoor fixtures up to 1.1 m circumference. Supplied with a mesh carry bag, independently load-tested to over 500 kg and recommended for users up to 125 kg, this trainer is ideal for home, gym or outdoor use.

Attach only to secure, load-bearing anchors such as a solid door, suitable wall anchor (not included), or a stable outdoor fixture; do not wrap the anchor strap around rough or abrasive surfaces. Ensure a clear exercise area and follow the manufacturer’s instructions when using a door anchor. This product is not a toy — do not swing on it, misuse it, or hang upside down from it. Store safely and keep out of reach of children. Warm up before exercising and stop immediately if you feel dizzy, faint, breathless, or experience chest pain. Consult a GP before starting any new exercise programme, especially if you have existing medical conditions. The maximum recommended user weight is 125 kg, although the system has been independently load-tested to over 500 kg.
