The Polar H10 is a high-precision chest heart rate sensor with Bluetooth and ANT+ for reliable connectivity to Polar watches, fitness apps and compatible gym equipment. It can stream to two Bluetooth devices at once and transmit concurrently via ANT+. Fully waterproof to 30 m with 5 kHz swim transmission, the H10 stores a single training session onboard if you prefer to sync later. Delivered with a soft Polar Pro Strap for accurate electrode contact and a secure fit, available in XS-S or M-XXL sizes and multiple colours. Over‑the‑air updates via the Polar Flow or Polar Beat apps keep the sensor current.

Ensure your phone or device supports Bluetooth 4.0 and Android 4.3 or later before pairing. Use the Polar Flow or Polar Beat app for firmware updates and to transfer session data. Select the correct strap size for comfort and electrode contact; wetting the electrodes improves signal quality before use. Replace the battery with a CR2025 as needed and note the stated battery life of up to 400 hours under BLE and 5 kHz transmission. When using the sensor in the pool, rely on the 5 kHz transmission for swim data and sync to your app afterwards. Avoid exposing the unit outside the operating range (-10 °C to +50 °C).
