Overall, testers found the cream, collagen-enriched conditioner effective for adding noticeable volume and improving softness and manageability for fine or flat hair. Its thick, creamy, stretchy texture and long-lasting fragrance were distinctive and generally liked, and it detangles well when used with the matching shampoo. However, some users with very fine hair found it could feel heavy, and a subset described the texture as stringy or gummy. A few reported dry ends and that lift was not long-lasting for everyone. Trial delivery was mostly smooth, though some testers received unbranded bottles or products without original packaging or ingredient labels.
