Our customers say
Customers find the at‑home permanent dye reliable for grey coverage and salon‑like shine; they like the non‑drip mask texture, gentle scent, and nourishing shea conditioner. However, shade matching is inconsistent and some users report fading after a few washes and insufficient product volume for long hair. Overall satisfaction is generally positive but varies by hair length and expectations around longevity and colour accuracy.
