Mix Welloxon Perfect 12% 40 Vol Cream Developer with colour cream in a 1:1 ratio in a non-metallic bowl. Apply evenly from roots to ends with a brush, following the chosen colour formula. Process at room temperature for the time specified (typically 30–40 minutes) or as directed, then rinse thoroughly, shampoo with a colour-safe product, condition and style.
