We send your parcel out the same day using Royal Mail when you order before 1pm on a business day. Any orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next business day. We dispatch on Monday - Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays). All orders are sent via a tracked service, and we will provide you with the tracking number in your order. Standard delivery service aims for delivery within 2 working days and Express delivery aims for next day delivery but it is not a gurantee.


Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt.
