1. Apply the lip pencil from the corner of your upper lip and follow your natural lip line round until you reach the center. Repeat on the other side. Follow the same technique on the lower lip. You can also fill your entire lips using the lip pencil - this works as a great base and helps the lip colour stay in place for longer.
2. Apply the lip colour over your lips for instant colour and impact.
